We meet many times that we check stock for client and some fabrics in stock, some not, during the time for client to hesitate if he order the stocked fabrics or wait till there’s stock, the stock changed and his ideal fabrics were bought by other clients, the client can’t purchase his ideal fabrics and to customize will take more time, maybe only 2 rolls are out of stock, but the client give up a 100 rolls order.
How to solve this problem?we are really sorry that can’t assist such client with what he need, but as a regular client we are sure he will purchase again, to avoid he may miss his ideal fabrics, our solution is “pay less and get more”, the details as below:
1-client can place customize order with less deposit, for example our former deposit is 70% in advance, now 50% is ok for clients once placed order for one time, if client ordered more than 5 times, we will try our best to apply 30%.
2-if you can not reach our customize MOQ, don’t worry, you may have some fabrics you must buy every time, pay 50% of your normal purchase amount, when we have stock for these must buy fabrics, we will contact you to finish the order.
